Does the guest safety pack replace a fire-risk assessment?

No. It formats information that you supply. It does not assess the premises, choose an escape route, set maximum occupancy, or replace professional fire-safety work.

Which documents should Scottish short-term let guests be able to access?

Current national guidance includes the certified licence and conditions, relevant gas safety report, EICR, PAT report, and fire, gas, electrical, emergency, and carbon-monoxide information.

Can I save the finished pack as a PDF?

Yes. Choose “Print or save PDF” after generating the pack, then use the PDF option in your browser’s print window.

Does LevyTrack save the information I enter?
