Service scope

LevyTrack provides a software platform for compliance tracking and visitor levy workflow support for short-term let operators in Scotland.

No legal or tax advice

LevyTrack is not a legal, tax, or regulatory advisory service. You are responsible for validating requirements with local authorities and filing obligations accurately.

Account responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure and do not share unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate information in your property, document, and levy records.
• Use the service lawfully and do not attempt abuse or disruption of the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to your chosen billing cycle unless canceled. Billing and payment management is processed through Stripe and subject to Stripe's checkout and customer portal flows.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, and terms as the product evolves. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevyTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding subscription period.
